Reach out to us via our contact form to let us know what you got!  Take a photo of your redemption side by side with your driver's license and keep it on file just in case.

Once we have received your email we'll advise you on the next steps for getting your redemption slab or card to us in the safest way possible.

Did you know redemptions have an expiration date??

Don't miss the redemption date!  We have no easy way of contacting you, even if we know an item was found.  Reach out to us promptly after you receive your redemption card or slab.
